WHAT:

Groveland Police and Langley Adams Library are hosting a Vehicle Night event for community members and will be joined by other town departments.

This free event will feature a variety of town vehicles for community members to enjoy and explore including police cruisers, fire trucks, ambulances, school buses, postal trucks, racecars, limos, taxis, tractors, bucket trucks, diggers, the Coast Guard rescue boat, tow trucks, a helicopter, and more. There will also be a demonstration from Amesbury Police K-9 Handler Officer Thomas Nichols and K-9 Meatball.

This event is an opportunity to foster relationships and establish partnerships between public safety town officials and the public.

“This great community event allows people of all ages to come out and have a hands-on experience with various vehicles,” said Chief Gillen. “Visitors can talk with the vehicle operators and learn more about what they do and how the vehicles are used.”
