GROVELAND — The Langley Adams Library is pleased to share that they will be hosting a Mystery Book Convention for residents and community members.   WHEN: Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  WHERE: Langley Adams Library, 185 Main St.   WHAT: Langley Adams Library, in collaboration with Kensington Publishing Corp and Jabberwocky Bookshop, will be hosting a Mystery Book event for residents and community members.   The event will feature a meet and greet with local mystery, crime fiction, and cozy book authors. GROVELAND — Library Director Darcy Lepore is pleased to announce that Langley-Adams Library was awarded a federal Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant for $15,000 from the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners (MBLC). The grant was awarded to Langley-Adams Library to help expand the Story and Play Project at Langley-Adams, which is run by Youth Services Librarian Bergen Daley to provide interactive early childhood programs and a free, inclusive, accessible, and educational space for the community.  The funding will be used to purchase mobile, child-sized furniture, STEAM toys and equipment, more guest-programs, and enhancements for the reading garden including a

GROVELAND — Library Director Darcy Lepore is pleased to announce the launch of the Langley Adams Library’s New Website. The new site has a variety of easily accessible features including a calendar of events and book recommendations for all ages. Residents are now able to subscribe to the Langley Adams Library newsletter. The site now highlights a unique section titled “Would you like to..” where residents and visitors can find a book within the library online, download an E-book, download music, and even learn a language, including American Sign Language. GROVELAND — The Town of Groveland and Langley-Adams Public Library Director Darcy Lepore would like to share that the Langley-Adams Public Library is hiring a part-time Library Assistant.  The part-time Library Assistant position is for 18.5 hours a week and requires alternating Saturdays and hours throughout the workweek, including at least one night per week.
